The magic of a Gilded Dozen is in the mystery. Before completing your purchase, please review and agree to the following:
THE MYSTERY EXPERIENCE
Each Gilded Dozen contains 12 mystery treasures plus 1 Golden Egg premium treasure, for a total of 13 treasures per dozen. The specific treasures you receive are selected through the Gilded Goose mystery process and are not guaranteed.
PREFERENCES
Your preferences help us get to know you and may guide us when choices are available. Preferences are not guarantees of specific items, colors, styles, themes, or treasures.
EXCLUSIONS
You may request one exclusion for each Gilded Dozen purchased. We will honor the exclusion(s) submitted with your order. If ordering multiple dozens, please provide only one exclusion for each dozen purchased.
NO DUPLICATES
We will not intentionally include duplicate treasures within the same order, including orders containing multiple Gilded Dozens.
QUANTITY & TREASURES
Your purchase guarantees the quantity of treasures included in the Gilded Dozen(s) you order, not any particular treasure shown in photos, videos, social media, previous reveals, or promotional materials.
ALLERGIES & SENSITIVITIES
Gilded Goose Treasures is operated from a cat-friendly household. While cats are not intentionally in contact with merchandise, we cannot guarantee that products or packaging are completely free from pet hair or dander. If you have a severe cat allergy, please do not order.
Products may contain a variety of materials, ingredients, fragrances, metals, fabrics, cosmetics, skincare products, or other components. Customers are responsible for reviewing product labels and determining whether an item is appropriate for their individual allergies or sensitivities before use. Please discontinue use of any product that causes irritation or an adverse reaction.
RETURNS & FINAL SALE
Because each Gilded Dozen is a personalized mystery experience, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference or because a customer hoped to receive a different mystery treasure.
If an item arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact Gilded Goose Treasures so we can review the issue.
